Sylvia E. Boyd, LPC-S
Sylvia E. Boyd is the founder and owner of Light of Hope Counseling and Consultation, PLLC. She has been in private practice helping families children, teens, adolescents, and adults since 2018. Her desire is to assist teens, adults, and families overcome obstacles by helping them see that there is "light". She especially has a passion for working with teens and adolescents. She has worked with children and adolescents ages 3-19 in the education and school counseling field for over 15 years. She is also a certified special education teacher and taught for 5 years. As a professional school counselor, LPC, and overcoming many obstacles herself, she understands some of the needs and struggles that children and families encounter today.
